The iCIMS Connector for ADP Workforce Now® will automatically create new employees in ADP using data from new hire records from iCIMS’ Talent Cloud and automatically sync employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now with person profiles in iCIMS.

Core Data Sync
Import foundational data from ADP Workforce Now® to create and maintain fields and instances from ADP within iCIMS. Includes applicable hierarchies as well (i.e., parent-to-child relationships, tree structures, etc.).
iCIMS requires MANY fields to be populated to support a pre-hire process. These fields have required codes and strict field-level validation requirements. iCIMS will need to ensure that lists of code/labels are being integrated daily from ADP Workforce Now to iCIMS. These are typically Departments, Locations, Job Codes, and Pay Groups.
Employee Sync
Import employee data from ADP Workforce Now® to iCIMS to provision and maintain client defined roles and properties within iCIMS.
- With this integration, you can eliminate the need to manually add or upload employees into iCIMS ATS. When the integration runs, all employees are automatically transferred to iCIMS with the appropriate level of access as defined by their roles. New employees will be sent an iCIMS invitation (optional) and terminated employees will have their iCIMS account deactivated.
Outbound Pre-Hire
Export your newly hired candidates to ADP Workforce Now® as an In Process Pre-Hire.
- Population of custom fields in ADP Workforce Now via the ADP APIs is currently not supported during the pre-hire process.
- With this integration, new candidates for hire in iCIMS will be automatically transferred to ADP Workforce Now at specified intervals that are set for inbound syncs. iCIMS sends new hires to ADP by changing the workflow status, the selected candidate will be transmitted to ADP.
- This synchronization process is used to send hired candidates from iCIMS to ADP as pre-hire candidates. Export of all fields is required prior to synchronization within the ADP Workforce Now environment. You will work with your integration consultant on which ADP Workforce Now Onboarding Template you will be using for pre-hire process (required for pre-hire).
Outbound Hire
Export your newly hired candidates to ADP Workforce Now® as a Complete Hire.
- This synchronization process is used to send hired candidates from iCIMS to ADP as complete hire. Export of all fields is required prior to synchronization within the ADP Workforce Now environment. You will work with your integration consultant on which ADP Workforce Now Onboarding Template you will be using for hire process (required for hire).
- With this integration, new candidates for hire in iCIMS will be automatically transferred to ADP Workforce Now at specified intervals that are set for inbound syncs. iCIMS sends new hires to ADP by changing the workflow status, select candidate will be transmitted to ADP.
